What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BPO or customer service
- Proactive, client-oriented and an excellent communicator
- Project management experience
- Analytical, with a good commercial sense
- Willing to travel within the Netherlands, Belgium and Türkiye
